These terms apply when you use Kurro on the web or on iPhone. They are short on purpose. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.

Kurro makes a running plan for you and keeps adjusting it to your training and health data. It also has an AI coach. Race predictions are estimates that assume you follow your plan. They are not a promise.
You must be at least 16. Use one account per person, give correct details, and keep access to your email address safe. Do not misuse Kurro: no attacks, no automated scraping, and no use of someone else's account.
Kurro has a free version and a paid version, Kurro Pro. The free version includes your plan and a limited AI coach (5 messages a week). Pro gives more coach messages and extra features. If Pro loses a feature you pay for, we tell you before it happens.
Kurro Pro costs €4.99 a month or €39.99 a year, VAT included. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. If the price changes, we tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies. [JURIDISCH NAKIJKEN]
New subscribers get a 14-day free trial, once per account. You pay nothing during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts and you are charged.
On the web you pay through Stripe. Cancel at any time in Settings → Kurro Pro → “Manage subscription”.
On iPhone you pay through Apple. Cancel at any time in the Settings app of your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions. Apple's standard licence terms (EULA) also apply to the iPhone app.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from a Pro subscription within 14 days after you take it out, without giving a reason. If you start with the free trial, those 14 days fall inside the trial: cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. If you have no trial, Pro starts right away because you ask for that when you buy it. You can still withdraw within 14 days, but you then pay for the days you already used. To withdraw, cancel as described above and email us. For a purchase through Apple, ask Apple for a refund. [JURIDISCH NAKIJKEN]
Apart from the right of withdrawal and what the law requires, we do not refund a period that has already started. Refunds for purchases through Apple go through Apple. [JURIDISCH NAKIJKEN]
Kurro and its AI coach give training advice, not medical advice. They do not diagnose or treat anything. Check with a doctor before you start a training plan, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop and get help if you feel chest pain, dizziness or unusual pain. You train at your own risk.
We work hard to keep Kurro correct and online, but we cannot promise that it is always free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. This does not limit our liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or injury caused by our fault, and it does not limit your rights as a consumer. [JURIDISCH NAKIJKEN]
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. That also cancels a subscription you pay through Stripe. A subscription through Apple you cancel at Apple. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously break these terms. We tell you why, unless the law does not allow it.
We may change these terms. For important changes we tell you at least 30 days in advance, by email or in the app. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the change applies. [JURIDISCH NAKIJKEN]
